Roc Raida

I bit this from Lifelounge cos Im well lazy.

"Roc Raida (AKA Anthony Williams) – hip hop icon and turntable pioneer – died this weekend, aged just 37-years-old. Differing stories surrounding his death have spread throughout the internet, but a representative for the DJ says that previous reports about karate and complications from a spinal injury were incorrect. The representative did say, however, that Roc Raida had been in hospital for a week, but his death was completely unexpected.

Roc Raida began DJing at just 10-years-old, was an original member of DJ/turntablist group The X-Men (later the X-Ecutioners) in the 80s and was crowned 'Grandmaster' at the World DMC Championships in 1995, then in 1999 was inducted into the DMC Hall of Fame."

If anyone has ever seen Roc Raida perform the guy was incredible. Check it
